Cashback dates

This is my first cashback/chequeback deal so be gentle

My phone came from CPW.

The first bill arrived a few days after the phone on 19th March. I have to submit the 4th, 8th and 12th Airtime bill for the chequeback. So is the 4th bill in June or July i.e. the 4th bill (June) or the 4th bill *from* date of purchase (July).

Has anyone been through this process with CPW and knows the correct answer ?

CPW were a joke when it came to my cashback redemption. I sent my fourth airtime bill on time, but only recieved the check on the 11th month.

To answer the OPs question, each CPW bill (assuming you took it out on Voda or O2) that arrives has a billing number. 1 = first bill, 4 = fourth bill. Simply send off the fourth bill with the correct form filled in and send off each corresponding bill and form as necessary thereafter
