Yep - Although don't run it along with power lines as it's not shielded.

yes I’ve done a separate run through the joist and there all in there not through a electrical run ! His that okay ?

Yeah that's absolutely fine. It's generally okay to get near, just aslong as it doesn't continually run alongside a power cable as can cause a lot of data loss!
