CAT6 Patch panels

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the correct standard for terminating cat6 cabling on a patch panel. We have had some new wiring installed but the "professionals" have removed the outer casing of the cable (fortunately havent untwisted each pair!) from the side of the patch panel to each socket!

In terms of how much of the outer casing should be stripped and the amount of twisted pairs should be visible.

I very much doubt it was done, so many of the sockets are miswired I don't expect any testing was done!

Yup, was part of a building refit but the decision on which contractor wasn't mine. They are coming back next week to "discuss".
