catalyst 10.4

Well i was waiting for 10.4 but read this on the catalyst maker's twitter:

"RT @Rod_Novaes: @CatalystMaker If I already have CCC 10.4a, will I need to get 10.4 WHQL? ME - up to you, but I wouldnt. 10.4a is newer"

and promptly installed 10.4a. lol

yes, due to the driver dll build dates being newer. Problem with officials is that they have to go to WHQL for testing which takes weeks. By that time the drivers have been improved and released with the improvements.
 
I'm guessing that they wanted the BC2 loading fix in the WHQL's. The fix wasn't done till last week and released in the 10.4a's straight away so that probably is the cause of the delay.

Its no biggie really is it?
