So there hasn't been an official non beta driver since the 22nd of September.
I'm surprised seeing as AMD were doing so well with their regular driver release schedule.
 
I still have a long wait till my 7950 gets back from RMA to taste the joys of 13.1 :(. But from the 12.11 betas, I'm hoping these to be the golden drivers for the 7000 series *thinks back of the horrible drivers on release*.

They said they were not worried about WHQL and were fixing issues via new beta releases a while back.

It's not like official drivers have a magic seal on them or anything :).
