Catalyst Control Centre doesn't work

For a while now, I can't remember exactly when, the CCC won't work. I've used Driver Cleaner Pro to clean the drivers and reinstall the latest drivers and I still can't use it. When I click on the icon, Windows looks for the .exe but can't find it.

Any ideas on getting it to work?

Are you talking about msconfig? CLI is on there, that's an ATI service I believe, is CCC supposed to be there? There's nothing on it. CLI is enabled. It seems CCC isn't even installed on my system but the installation of the last few drivers (with CCC) went without problem. There isn't any tab for CCC.

I don't understand, I don't think I've done anything to stop CCC working/installing.

and in services theres ati smart and ati hotkey poller

so no ccc and mines working fine
