Catalyst wont install because of no NET framework?

As title, new conroe build bit can't install any drivers for HIS X1900 XT as it says I don't have NET framework. Tried to download this but says windows installer failed and wont install.

any ideas?

And then download ATI Tray tools which is better than the ATI Control panel and doesn't require any other programmes! ;)

Get the NGO or Omega drivers. Much better than the cats.
