Just to add to the above : the speed awareness course is instead of the points.

If you attend one then you have no endorsements on your license so your premium doesn't go up and there is nothing to declare !

If the op does end up getting 3 points + £60 offered though, the above still stands.

I remember driving down that road at the time and apparently it was a fixed camera (don't remember seeing the camera). Don't see the point of challenging it, just want to get it over and done with tbh.
 
Quick update - it turns out that I have been offered the course in Leicester. Is is possible to get the venue changed to one of the centres down in Berkshire (where I live)? What is the process of getting this changed?
 
I don't believe you can. Just go and be glad you don't have to pay £60 and get 3 points !!! Think this a gift rather than an inconvenience
