Thanks :)

I think I've got the theory nailed now, just the hazard perception to revise. I've done a few before but this is the bit that needs most work because I didn't have to do hazard perception for my car licence.

Strangely enough when I passed my car Theory I got all the questions right but when it came to the hazard perception I only just passed that although I clicked on all the hazards, I think the system is crap!!

Hi, I passed the Theory, got 46 out of 50 for the questions and 58 out of 75 for the hazard perception.

Any pointers or tips for it? Doing mine soon. My car test was pre hazard test so have never done any examples!

Me too! I borrowed a practice DVD which has loads of clips on it. It's just a case of training yourself to give them what they are looking for. It's designed for new drivers so those of us who have experience on the roads might click too early.

The thing is though, everything can be a potential hazard, so the test is totally flawed IMO.

That and there is no sound or peripheral vision. In one of the clips I had, a fire engine was the hazard. In reality, I'd have heard it and slowed down a long time before I saw it.

It's as though you're driving along with your fingers in your ears and an illness that prevents you being able to move your eyes or your head.

I'm wanting to book my CBT soon, i've been wanting a bike for years but never got round to doing anything about it so i think i might go for it! I'm too young (20) to do my DAS so would get a 125, I would love a YZF-R125 but they are very pricey!

Go for it, I wish I'd started earlier!

I liked the R125 when I sat on one, but it's a lot of money for a 125. I got a YBR125 instead, which is a favourite of the training schools. It doesn't have sports styling like the R125, but it's given me a great introduction to biking.
