Anyone every had their cc details ripped from Amazon?
I've been back in the UK 2 weeks and only used my cc once to buy an 8 quid Kindle for iphone book off Amazon.co.uk. I haven't even taken my card out of the house as I brought enough cash for the trip.
Checked my account today and in the last 2 days (which is when I bought the book) 3000 quid has been siphoned from the card in 500 quid transactions in London.
What's wrong with this thieving pos country? 5 years I've been in Australia and nothing like this has ever happened, I'm back for 2 minutes and this happens...
Sorry for the vent but this really annoys me. You'd think you should be able to trust a company like Amazon.
