CCC ATI Overdrive reverting to factory settings

When I reboot and go into CCC ATI Overdrive, a lot of the time is has gone back to the factory defaults, rather than the overclocked settings I've set, despite ticking "Preserve settings at logon".

Any thoughts?

Is this anything to do with having another Windows logon on the same computer, and logging onto that?
