I have the same problem as reported here:

Only it doesn't just effect AA, the CCC simply doesn't effect anything in games. Forcing V-Sync on or off will not change anything for instance. But if the settings are applied in-game then they will work. :confused:

So is CCC basically a bit inept compared to the NCP or is there a way I can make it do what I want it to?

Am using latest drivers.
 
On my 4870, forcing vsync did not work on any of the games I tried it with, I think it's hit and miss if AA works or not when forced through the CCC.

That is crap - always works in the NCP! :mad:

Oh well, it's not the end of the world.

Just an annoyance which shouldn't exist.
