Was just wondering if it's advisable to have everything cranked up to max in the CCC? Do some settings hurt performance but give little graphical benefit?

Also, some settings are confusing as to whether they are beneficial or negative. E.g. is forcing 24-bit Z-buffer depth or triple buffering a good idea?

A guide to the CCC settings would be very useful to all ATi owners interested in tweaking it...
