CD4 multiplayer problems

erm, what happens ?
got a problem with creek level and my onboard sound, every other level is find but creek ruins my sound until i restart pc, very annoying.

yeh i cant join the map ambush either, just crashes... also the error can happen, when i am not currently playing, but joining a server...
basically i get a bleep, and a message in the taskbar sayign error.. now i can right click on that and press close, and cd4 closes immediately, which is nice, but if i dont , then it just locks down, and i have to restart the pc

well to start off, whats your pc specs, and what os are you running? im thinking have you updated your drivers recently for your video card or maybe even motherboard?
