This is a strange question but hey. Is there any way that you can tell if data on a cdr has been looked at recently? For instance when you access a file on your computer is usually says when t has been last accessed/viewed and will appear in the 'documents' section of the Start menu. But is there any way of knowing this for a Cdr...if and when the files on it were last accessed or is there any way the computer can tell you know when the files on the Cdr were last viewed on the computer?

Nope. Because youd need to be able to write to the cd to add that data.

But the computer itself wouldn't store that the particular files were viewed even if its on a cdr?

Unlikely, it would just be a waste of memory.
