CDrom dos support for Gigabyte DS3P?

Does anyone know a way round dos support for the ata controller on the Giga DS3P?

I'm using an existing ghost boot cd (tried fdd, usb as well) and when it comes to load the cdrom drivers up in the config.sys while booting it fails to find the cdrom i guess due to the ata controller. I've also tried chaning from a sata cdrom to an ide without success. The problem is my ghost files & utilities are on the cd...

Solved, created a BartPE disc containing all the relevant drivers (both sata controllers + marvell lan) and ghost32.exe.

Also hit this problem but worked around it in the end but did come across this page, have a look at Q5 and the answer which is a download for a driver, haven't got round to testing it myself.

donwload the bootdisk from bootdisk.com for dos 6.22

has the dos drivers for the cd rom

installed my pioneer 111d dvdrw fine
