It's apparently a question relating specifically to Wales and Welsh speakers, I'd therefore guess that your location is not Wales.

It's a question purely for Welsh people. It reads "Would you support government action to murder the population of England, so that you can move in?"

You can see why they wouldn't let an Englishman see that question.
