CEX used PC games?

Never buy from CEX or any company like it, they buy and sell stolen property without a care in the world and know that they get away with it.

They only get away with because people don't challenge them on it or understand their consumer rights.

OP shouldn't be going to steam at all...just walk into CEX with your receipt and game and get your money back...job done.

I had the same problem with Deadspace 2, wasn't able to register it as the key was used. Origin didn't want to know. I returned mine and got my money.

hahaha they will only buy sealed copies of diablo III, like **** they will. the cex at the top of my high street has a collectors edition copy, tatty box and no plastic wrapping. that is not new
