Heres the challenge, ordering a pc for a friend tonight general games/work/CAD pc to be under £600 or around that mark say £615 max all in. (NO overclocking intended)

He needs everything apart from a mouse and keyboard, so monitor OS etc

so far I've got this

The challenge is can you do better?

If you are using such software as Civil 3d which requires intensive 3d modelling I would say the GPU alone will be around 500(ish)

See I thought about that monitor shauncr91 but I prefered the contrast ratio on the Acer. Bigger Hdd isn't really needed/wanted as he has an external.
