Well we did far better than I imagined we would before we kicked off, what with selling and offloading over half the team and little in the way of replacements, coupled with no takeover of the club still !
Plenty of young faces and we looked hungry, plus we actually won an opening day fixture, a very rare event for the blades.

Got to feel for Aaronson there. He’s got to win back the Leeds fans, scored the equaliser but then misses the perfect chance to win the game.

Rooney starting well, he'll be managing in League 1 or 2 within 6 months, 12 if he stays with Plymouth.

Surprised that we (Stoke) started the season with a win against a Coventry side I think will be around the playoffs. Our squad looks quite lean at the moment and certainly is worse than that which ended last season. Hoping we’re busy in the market in the coming weeks.

Stockport and Wrexham doing well in league One. Would be great if they keep up this momentum. Both came up last year both top this year so far.

Just looked at the Championship table. Sunderland are top and have lost a quarter of their games. Unbeaten Sheffield United are 7th. Funny old game.
