EFL Thread 25/26

Agreed, and there wasn't a lot of love for the ref from our stand!

Plus, play seemed to be constantly interrupted by injuries which took our momentum away.

Mehmeti's goal was fantastic, but yes we can't keep relying on him. Disappointing result for a sold out stadium.

Yeah I reckon 20 minutes of the game was Oxford players on the floor, Their Number 8 went down 4 times before they subbed him :p

Mehmeti's strike was mental, I was sat directly behind it and the sound it made as it rattled the bar

Preston away next and that's the kind of games we'll end up getting a result at

Season to forget for us, at the rate we're going, even the Owls will finish above us :( between the Sproting Director's buys not being good enough and better suiting the previous manager, injuries and and Manning's tactics not working, it all going swimmingly!!:cry:
Even worse with the Lampard show rolling on, with Coventry at the top

Welcome to Manning-ball, I'm now seeing what others seen in us, at the time I thought it was great and worked well, he got us to the play offs last year but my god it's terrible football and set up so negative... I'm glad we went with Struber, back to how city used to play when we had the likes of Scott Murray running the wings
