Chances of getting discount on second contract?

Been with 02 for 2 years, looking at taking out an additional contract with them, do you reckon it's worth ringing up and seeing if they can knock a fiver off the monthly bill or add a few mins etc?

You'll get a 20% loyalty discount by default, you could probably negotiate a better deal too.

Just tell them you're going to leave because you found a better deal. They'll ask you what the deal is (look around, or just make it up on the spot) they'll generally come back with a similar or better offer.
