Change bootable drive to normal drive

I've just installed my SSD and put Win 7 onto it. I obviously have no need for the install on the old OS drive and want to put is as my documents drive. How can I remove the bootable bit of it?

I know it's petty, but how do I get the 100MB EFI System Partition back?
