Change Case or whole system?

Due to moving house, the only place to put my computer is in a cupboard in the bedroom.

Pics are as follows -

Now my question is, as you can see, my computer tower doesn't fit, i'm wonderig if you think i should just get a somehow smaller case or go SFF and put it on the desk when i build that in there or any other little ideas.

Wow that's a small space in there.

What about placing it behine the chair or what about the shelf above if there's room?

No room behind the chair to be honest lol.

Got 3 shelves above so no room there

Looks a bit cramped. Whats that shelf higher up the wall, above monitor? Could it go on that? Will there not be room on the desk you're making? Also window behind you which might not be good for glare on monitor - get some blinds!

It'll probably be a SFF case or if you could place the case behind the monitor on the desk although judging by the pic the screen is pretty big.

I have blinds, put it up to take the pic on my iphone.

Put a shelf in at the top of those slanted boards. Lay your case on it's side. If you use your optical drive a lot get a new slot loader type.

Just got 2 new Pioneer Sata drives lol.

Have to upgrade to Phenom II me thinks so i can get Matx as well

make a shelf on right or left and suspend the case? make sure it hold the weight of the case ?
