So i currently have a 370Z had several 350Z's i work from home, if i have to go out for work its london so public transport, i mostly drive my van for going to the shops and for MX / Trials bike riding. the 370 just sits there, i start it up and drive it now and then but its just not getting used. so im looking for suggestions on what to change / probably downgrade too, the tax is due next month £630 and the insurance is too £360 ish . so im looking to change it something i might use a bit more, i don’t like German cars, nor do i really like hatch backs.. its always been coupes with the exception of a 2015 fiesta st3 and a focus 2012 st2.

any suggestions?

As above you don’t need the car, so maybe do without or buy a ‘toy’ car instead?
Depends if you have a garage to keep it in really.
I would suggest a Westfield, Dax Rush etc. I’ve even been looking at Moto guzzi engined 3 wheelers.

(I’m in the same situation as you).

Just get rid of the car and use the van for when you really need it. That’s the most sensible choice I think.

If it were me, I’d either get rid or look at doing something daft with the 370Z to make it worth keeping, like supercharging it.

thanks for the suggestions so far chaps, an mx5 is a no no, to small and not for me its to small and i really really just dont like them, the garage is full with bikes, I dont really want to lose my 11 years no claims on the car and the van isnt ideal for going any where nice or for any longer trip so a car is still required.
I do like the idea of a TVR but im not sure on the reliability / rowning costs, might have a closer look in to that.

Wouldn't it be better to just run the van and rent a car as and when you need it? From your OP it sounds like you use the 370Z so rarely that it doesn't make much sense. I don't think spending up to £15k on a car to save your no claims bonus is a good idea either. :D
