Change from GPU output to MB output without appropriate moniter

I've recently moved house temporarily and most of my stuff is in storage half the country away, including my monitor.

I need to grab some data of my pc I have with me, but I only have a VGA capable monitor here. Pc is currently set to output through the GPU which doesnt have a VGA out (280x).

Is it possible to output over the MBs VGA out without a monitor to access the bios?
Is the easiest way to remove the gpu altogether?

Plug something into the MBs VGA port and it should kick into gear just fine.

Or if you have problems just clear the cmos, should default back to auto on if you've set IGP/PEG in the BIOS

Or just remove the graphics card, and it should default automatically to using the onboard GPU.
