I drained as what can only be described as tar out of my girlfriends Ka, filled with Ford Spec Castrol 5w-30. Made **** all difference, still slow as ****.
So running good as new then
Change oil = More performance!

Its low power so harder to measure, you need something with wild stallions waiting to unleash. Also tar out of the sump wont be near the pistons I guess
