changing a pre built pc order.

friend has just ordered a prebuilt pc from this site earlier today but now wants to change to a different pre-built model .

what is the best way for him to change the order ? can it be done on-line or will he have to phone tommorrow?

Leave a webnote then ring tomorrow if no confirmation by early morning id say

Ring tommorow morning will probably be the best thing, they don't have anyone in working today, and ringing should get the message through before they start building etc
