Is it worth it?

I currently bank with Co-op and just have the standard current account with them.

I've been looking at Halifax's Rewards accounts and their benefits.

Would you say the move is worth it?

Halifax suck massively and have been nothing but crap, get everything wrong, couldn't even get the application right, then nothing's gone right since then.
But then you'll probably get another dozen people saying that Halifax has been fine for them.
I quite like co-op just wish there smartphone app and website was better.

I switched from Lloyds TSB to Santander a few months back, was completely painless. Just left Santander to get on with transferring over DDs etc and there was no problems.

Halifax are terrible. Even called me a liar, when I wasn't, pillocks.

Their IT is woeful.

For what?
I'm going to move to natwest when I cba. They have the best apps and cash withdrawal without a card.

The co-op premium is pretty good, if you are wanting insurance and the like.
