Changing Bills over to another name.

A quickie If I may!

Im moving into my folks home (they are emigrating) and as such, i need to have the utilities changed over to my name, is this something I can do, or do my folks have to do it with the utilities?

I think you both need to speak to the provider at the same time. They'll need both sets of details and you'll have a credit check done.
