Changing drive letters

I just changed my hard drive however as I had another one in whilst copying over my windows installation it defaulted to G, now some of my shortcuts do not work because they are looking for C.

I tried to change it but cant because it is the system partition.

Any way of fixing this without starting over?

Nope and if you use a APP to do so you will mess up Windows.
