hi all, first thread in this section 
i have a small problem
i created a small program in borland delphi 7 (college project thing, boring tbh) and i want to change the rubbish delphi .exe icon that it gives my application to something vaguely to do with what the program does, the problem is i search google and tonnes of software comes up, which i dont want, is there a way to do it without software? so that this .exe file has a new icon permanently, no matter which computer i send it to.

edit: found something called res hacker, it can change the resources of the program and the icon, all sorted
can someone important delete this post?
