Changing HDD

I bought a new 2TB HDD because well my current one is making some lovely crunching noises. It doesn't have my OS on it just has games and some other applications. Can I just move everything over to it and get rid of the other?

I think it my have some drivers on it, that's the only thing that worries me.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Use Macrium Reflect which free and will image the old hard to the new one.

If its a WD you can actually use acronis clone WD version (totally forgot about this and just used it on parents computer when cloning the C drive).
