I'm currently with talktalk but trying to move to O2. O2 are saying they are unable to convert the line and will have to fit a new line, the strange thing is that the line is active and working and talktalk had no problems taking it over less than a month ago.
Has anyone else had this or is it just them trying to get more money out of me?
