I'm considering swapping over to an AMD setup.....I currently have a RAID 0 array on my p5q deluxe...

Will I have problems swapping my raid array over? :/

Quite probably yes. The Asus will be using the Intel ICH10R chipset, so unless you can get another board with that same controller then you most likely will have issues I'm sorry to say. These things are more dependant on the controller than anything else.

So back up the array (Acronis), move it across, if it doesn't work, rebuild it and copy the image onto the new RAID0. Problem solved.

I don't like having tons of drives and cables everywhere anyway, I've just purchased a WD Caviar Black on TWO to replace the raid setup.
