Changing motherboard for same model

Hi,
I'm in the process of transferring my hardware into a new case, the only difference is that I'm using a new PSU and cooler, I'm also fitting a new motherboard but it is exactly the same model as old one, Gigabyte Z87X UD5H for a Z87X UD5H, My question is will I have to reinstall windows for changing the board although it being exactly the same as old one or will I get away with it?

Generally you don't need to even reinstall windows for an altogether new motherboard, cpu etc - i just left my SSD and HDD as they are. However, it's probably better for the drivers and such, though in your case you won't need to reinstall.
