If you mean for your network card, there might be a BIOS option if it's onboard, or there might be an option within the drivers. It depends what you're trying to change the MAC address of.

Go Control Panel > System > Device Manager and check the advanced properties for that network adapter to see if it allows you to change the MAC address. If there's nothing there see if there's an option in the bios.

Beyond that there may be other ways to change it, but you'll need to be more specific on what network adapter it actually is, "onboard wifi of the intel" is too vague.
