Changing Partition Sizes

Hi there,

Is there any chance I can change the size of a partition without loosing any data?

Basically I have [C:] which has like 40GB free and [D:] which has nothing free. Is there anyway to allocate 20GB of the 40GB free on [C:] to [D:] without loosing any data?

Norton Partition Magic 8 or Acronis Disk Director can do this, and although it usually works without any problems, there is no guarantee that you will not loose data, so before you start, you would be best to backup the data you can't afford to loose.
