I have a Mini ITX Case with a 250w PSU and the fan is to noisy for my liking.

In fact its the only thing making a noise in my case as the CPU Fan (stock intel) is silent.

The system seems to run cold even after it has been on for 24 hours so was looking to replace the PSU fan with something silent.

I have found this:

Coolink SWiF2-800 80mm 1100 RPM Quiet 8cm Case Fan

Size: 80x80x25 mm
Rotation Speed: 1100 RPM 10%
Airflow: 19.1 CFM
Acoustical Noise: 9.5 dBA
Input Power: 0.54 W
Input Current: 0.05 A
Voltage Range: 7-13 V
Connection: 3 Pin

It is by far the quietest fan I have found but only spins at 1100rpm and has quiet a low airflow rating compared to others.

Do you think this will be sufficient?

I currently don't have the cash to buy a silent PSU so thought this would be the next best thing :)

hard to say most itx psu fans use 80x80x15 so they are as small as possible you need to make sure the fan that is already in there is a 25mm
