Changing ram timings and voltage

i have just got my new kingston ram i no by default it will set the speed at 800mhz, i want to change it to 1066mhz which is what it should be, i just dont know what settings i need to change in the bios. The Dram option is on auto but i can change it to dct 0 or dct 1 or both which one do i need to select? also would like to no what setting i need to change to increase the voltage to 2.1v from 1.8v?

Could be wrong but maybe the chaps in the Overclocking & Cooling section would be better suited to providing your answer.
