Changing the language of XP

Hi,

I've got a copy of XP pro and I want to change the language to Italian (for a friend) . By that I mean the names for the folders, the menus, the icons...everything.
I've gone to the control panel and adjusted the language settings but nothing seems to have changed...it's still in English.
Do I need an Italian version of the XP disk (if there is such a thing) ?

In short yes!

You need the italian version of Windows XP

yes you can change the language(text like control panel my computer menus icons etc.. ) in xp to what ever you like you just need to know how

ill post the details later this evening. and no you dont need the italian verson, you can convert english to italian or what ever language u need.

you need to down load muliti lingual user interface cd from microsoft.
