Won't really matter using an impact gun.

If you weren't then using the breaker bar facing the floor and applying a short sharp shock will crack the nut off without risking pushing the car off the jack.
 
That is amazing, I kept thinking he must be using his hands, look at the control he has over it :).

Although some cars are a bit trickier to do than others, doubt he could have done mine without arms...
