Cheap Android Handset Recommendations

I'm looking to get a cheap second handset for when I travel, mainly to the USA/Canada and France. Thinking around 4 inch screen

Not looking to spend a fortune, just want something that I can do a little surfing/email whilst I'm away. Sim wise I'll be getting pay as you go then just getting service when I'm in those countries.

ZTE Blade V if you want a really budget device.

Nexus 4 if you want something better /and more expensive/

Dunno about budget, maybe £50 ish. Anything more and I should be able to pick up an SII
