The 5770 might be pretty meh but it will get him by for a month then he can get a B grade 7850.

EDIT: The board does not support overclocking AT ALL? is that true?...

So spending £100 on board that won't get your chip higher than 4.2 and a gpu you'll get rid of in a month or so? Taking into account the gpu will fetch you £30 max secondhand (and you can pick up a second hand 3570k for under £150) the board one in at £70..

Id just get the D3H standard and get a 7850 at the same time.

EDIT: I pointed out above that the board would only clock to 4.2, this is due to it having no CPU voltage control and the highest over clock you achieve at stock volts is 4.2. Though you may be able to use windows based utilities to overclick it higher, though the voltage gets set quite high to compensate.

Finally got all my parts
Core i5-3570K
Gigabyte Z77-D3H
Samsung Green 16GB
Just have a few question before I even think of putting them together
Whats a good cooler that's better than the stock one but not to dear
With the cpu being second hand will i need new thermal paste [ Its been a very long time since my last build]
Sold a few items and saved a few penny's on some of the parts so wanted to Know whats a good gfx card my budgets £130 but i do know it needs to be more just need a target
Last one but not as important yet I was looking at my Pc case and was thinking its a shame to but my new part in this old case so whats a good nice looking case but again not to many £
