Cheap but Quiet Psu?

Someone reccomended the Enermax Noisetaker 370W but might be out of my price range. Are there any cheaper Psu's but also quiet? like really quiet

no offence but you're not going too get a lot, any cheaper and still be a decent quality imho.

remember if the psu goes its a fair chance it may well take the mobo,cpu etc with it if its poor quality.
 
ok so best bet is to get a Enermax Noisetaker 370W? I dont know how you people afford all these huge systems lol
