Cheap but reasnoable mATX mobo for A64 3700

Hi there.

I've currently got a fairly reasonable (if not top end anymore) system consisting of an asus a8n premium, SD3700, 2x1GB ram, 7800GTX and a 74GB raptor. I have a fairly mild oc on the graphics and cpu (2.7ghz), which I want to keep.

I'm basically looking to convert to a small form factor PC in light of all the lan parties I run/attend so I'm looking for a mini itx board that oc's reasonably well and will let me move to a small case. I've already got a nice Dell TFT, so I don't have to lug round my 21" CRTs anymore :p

Any suggestions? Any help muchly appreciated :)

EDIT: Sigh, I obviously mean mATX, not mITX :p

EDIT2: Forgot to say, gigaE is important to me.

The Biostar TForce is a cracking mATX 939 board - great for overclocking. It doesn't have Gigabit LAN though.

The DFI Infinity RS482 is also very good for overclocking, and does have gigabit lan - it's hard to find though.

If you can't find the above, the Foxconn 6150 boards are very good.

Thanks for the tips :)

I looked at the biostar but as you say, it lacks gigE. I'll look around at the other boards and see if I can source the DFI one. I do miss my old DFI motherboard *sniff*
