Hi all

I am after a cheap corner tv unit that looks good, is big enough for a 37" screen and can hold a antec 300 case (which i presume can be placed on its side underneath)

It's an almost impossible task you're asking. We don't know what styles you'll find appealing; choosing furniture is a very individual process. Also, you haven't given a budget. Is your version of cheap £50 or £150. The best thing is you can do is continue your web searches until you find something you like.

I can see your point. I was hoping for around £50. Dark in colour. Dont really have a particular style in mind so open to suggestions. It was more to find out if there was a few specific sites that perhaps folks on here would use for that type of thing.

where abouts do you live? I don't know if its any use but I have a black glass tv stand I am trying to get rid of.

Imagine this but with one less shelf and without the tv mount bracket.

If you put it on an angle it is fairly cornerish :P

I can see the problem you've got straight away. It's the depth of the Antec 300 case.

The majority of living room TV stands are 380-400 deep. That's more than enough for Sky box/DVD recorder/PS3/home cinema kit sized bits of kit, but the Antec case and larger AV amps are too deep. I had the same problem with a wall shelf for a customer. I ended up having something custom made because every off-the-shelf unit was just too shallow.

Your case is 450mm deep alone. Then you need to allow room for cables.

I had a quick look on the 'bay and came up with one at 500mm deep, in black, and corner shaped, for £58 delivered. Have a look. Here's the link . If that doesn't float your boat then just keep searching on there or ask kg648 about the depth of his unit. Good luck.
