anywhere I can find cheap old ddr400 pc 3200
I want to upgrade someone's old PC for WoW, he only has 512 MB... :eek:

I have some old Geil stuff at home, 2 x 1gb sticks. I'd be happy to sell you it for a small fee - Not enough posts on here to use the For sale board but I could provide you links to my fleabay account and AvForums account where I've sold stuff.

my friend has got 512 MB kingston CL3 do yours have the same timings?

Im not sure what the timings are its that old. How many slots does he have on his motherboard? If I remember rightly motherboards around that time didnt like having all the slots filled anyway, so you might be better binning the 512mb and just putting my 2*1 gig sticks in.

2 gigs was always fine on XP, which i presume he's running?

That would be better, then you can run it in dual channel mode.
