I'd swerve candy hoover completely tbh. Check the specs for what's deemed acceptable/not faulty noise levels. The buzz from the compressor on my FF drives me nuts.
Got a Hoover fridge/freezer. Bought it new 6 years ago and still ok. Isn't noisy. In the dead of night, you can hear the comp if you go in the kitchen but during waking hours nope.
For fridges.. I don't think in my entire life I've seen/had a fridge. Or freezer that's packed up.
I'd be more interested in the noise levels myself.
I don't even know what ours is. Came with house. Cheap/expensive.. Doesn't seem to make much difference. It's same technology and ita been around for ages.
I have but I bought a 2nd hand "reconditioned" one. It was a long time ago and I'd just split with my then long-term GF and was starting again with my own place (I'd moved into hers during the relationship)
