Cheap HD Video card

So the videos are now playing smoothly with dual screens enabled?

Doesn't that mean you have succeeded? Why would you need more codecs?
 
It was considerably better in MPCHT but not completely fixed. I contacted ATI about it, they asked me to update my bios from F3 to F12 and update my chipset. This has appeared to work so fingers crossed
